General Terms & Acceptance

Account Registration & Eligibility

Account Security & Credentials

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement.
• pp666 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). Actual settlement times depend on your payment provider and may be longer during peak periods, public holidays such as Eid, or where additional verification is required.

In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms below and a specific promotion's stated terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

Where bonus abuse is identified, pp666 reserves the right to void the relevant bonuses and winnings, restrict future bonus eligibility, and in serious cases permanently close the account.

Seasonal Promotions

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the pp666 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered players at all times.

Your Obligations

pp666's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pp666 account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure

pp666 shall not be in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any failure or delay in performance, arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet infrastructure failure, cyberattacks, pandemics, or failure of third-party service providers. In any such event, pp666 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume normal service as quickly as possible and will communicate with affected players via the platform or email.

Account Suspension & Closure

pp666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or closure:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in the User Obligations section of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming self-exclusion purposes.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate the restriction of certain accounts.

Voluntary Account Closure
